Transportation

Accessing Al Zubara Lagoon requires a car or taxi. From Doha, take the Al Shamal Road (Highway 1) north towards Madinat ash Shamal. Follow the signs for Al Zubara. The lagoon is located near the Al Zubara Archaeological Site. The journey takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. There is no direct public transportation to the lagoon.
